Suggested Ambassador's of the Month for February:
[Mr. XXXXXX - I can honestly speak to Safety Ambassadors and their individual qualities as Ambassadors, though not so much for the Clean Ambassadors. I mean, I can honestly say their all nice people, but as far as the quality of their work or outstanding aspects about their performance, I can not. I suggest at the next Team meeting, we suggest a protocol where the Team Leaders communicate their feelings on redeeming Ambassador performances.]
XXXXXX - I have to say, as this Ambassadors Supervisor, Mr. XXXXXX has come in to his own. XXXXX consistently performs above and beyond his prescribed duties. Numerous situations that invariably happen each week during his shift. For pedestrians and motorists alike, Mr. XXXXXX determines the need of the Customer and assists to the best of his ability, every time.
