100 Faces of War Experience | Portraits and Words of Americans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan - Apply

100 Faces is looking for new people.

It is vital that we record first hand accounts of war for future generations.  If you have gone from America into these wars you can contribute to our understanding of the American experience of war in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We need to find at least one person from each of the 50 states and we are looking to represent the widest cross-section of the American experience of these wars.  We are looking for people with widely varied rolls and backgrounds.

We are looking for people from all states.  Below is a list of the states we really need to represent right now in order to make sure  we can fill out the dream of showing the whole country:

AL,AK,AZ,AR,CO,HI,ID,IN,IA,KS,KY,LA,MD,MI,MS,NE,NV,NM,ND,OH,OK,OR,SC,SD,TN,UT,WA,WV,WY,DC

Please fill out the form to request we include you or someone you know in this project.  It only takes a minute.

Unfortunately I can't fit in anyone more from Massachusetts, because we have a lot of Massachusetts folks already (the project started in Mass).

I also highly recommend that veterans look into the Veterans History Project.  The Veterans History Project is run by the Library of Congress.  I believe it is vital that we record first hand accounts of war for future generations.  That's what I am doing with the 100 Faces project and this is exactly the same thing the Veterans History project is doing.  Please consider becoming a part of both projects.  Click on this link to learn more about the  Veterans History Project
